Goodbye 2010!

Nagseselos si JESUS!

Bakit nga ba si Jesus ay nagseselos? Hmmmm....

MALIGAYANG PASKO!

UST Paskuhan 2010 Fireworks: The Best Fireworks Ever!

I am and will always be a Tomasino since 2002 and since that year, I am so proud of myself. Every year of my college life, I made sure that I have to attend the UST Paskuhan. Each year, there's a fireworks to celebrate the UST Paskuhan. I was so happy! 2005, there's no UST Paskuhan Fireworks because the budget for the fireworks used to donate to the victims of Typhoon Katrina. Still, it was fun celebrating the UST Paskuhan with your friends.

Since I started working, I wasn't able to attend the UST Paskuhan last 2008 and 2009. This year, I make sure that I can attend this kind of event. Gladly, I was able to attend with my friend, Laarni, and her brother. Our friends, Kate and Renz, weren't able to join us. We thought that we're too late already for the fireworks because every year, the fireworks initiated at around 7:30PM to 8PM. Luckily this year, the fireworks initiated before 12MN.

Sorry if the video is small cause I only used my cellphone to record this video. Got my neck hurt when I record this video but it was all worth it. Why? Cause there are two hearts and a smiley face the can be found in this fireworks. All of us were shouting when we saw the first heart but when we saw the second heart, the shout became louder. And the excitement arises when we saw a smiley face.

It was really fun and I was glad that I am part of the history of UST.  Proud TOMASINO here!

Philippines' New Generation Banknotes

And now the the much anticipated 2011 Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Banknotes which hauntingly look like the Euro Banknotes. I wonder why they did put a blue-naped parrot at the back of the new ₱500 bill instead of our national bird, the Philippine Eagle. And in the ₱200 bill, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has been replaced with Bohol's Chocolate Hills and our very own Tarsier

I guess I have to wait for these bank notes when I have them in my hands!

Philippine Eagle Lands in Mafia Wars

I'm an avid player of Mafia Wars and it really consumes my time when I am surfing the internet and checking my Facebook account. Everyday, I checked my properties here to upgrade and even though I am already at Level 990, all of my properties are not yet fully upgraded.

Now, when I checked the Properties section for the New York, there's a new one and I was pissed because I need to gather some items to build this Private Zoo. So I checked the list of animals that I can have when I fully upgrade it and to my surprise, Philippine Eagle is included. Of course, I'm a PROUD PINOY and thanks to Mafia Wars for including the Philippine Eagle in their list.

Philippines won the The Amazing Race Asia 4

I was really tense while watching the finale of The Amazing Race Asia 4 in AXN Asia. I was busy tweeting the details of what's happening during the race. Last season, Team Philippines placed 2nd with Geoff & Tisha representing Philippines.

In this season, there are two teams representing Philippines. Jess & Lani and Richard & Richard. I really thought that in the final 3 there will be two Team Philippines but sadly, I was wrong. Jess & Lani placed 4th and it was inches away from being part of the Final 3 but that's ok cause there's still another Team Philippines.

Richard Hardin & Richard Herrera
Of course, after countless challenges, detours, and road blocks, there could only be one winner of this race and this time, Team Philippines won The Amazing Race Asia 4. Kudos to Richard Hardin & Richard Herrera.
